Chaos Teleport
Limited range but instantaneous teleportation.

One can not Chaos Teleport into Mezchinhar (because one can not be in close physical proximity to Mez)
Almost impossible to detect by external sensors. Wizards can sense the shift in chaos in very close proximity very shortly before a teleport comes in.
Extremely dangerous, the wizard has to know exactly where they is teleporting to, because once initialized, there is nothing that would stop them from rematerializing into solid matter like walls. Teleporting to a space will displace the surrounding matter (when teleporting into a “free space” - air and other small particles will be pushed out of the way as the other matter materializes) is the surrounding matter solid however, this will not happen and the wizard in question will most likely die as his body fuses with the solid mass, disrupting his functionality.
